Corrugated plastic boards, also called Coroplast, are prints that are created using a special poly-based film. This durable print is then laminated overtop of a plastic board in 4mm thickness. There are a number of different options for coroplast boards, but the most common are standard and smooth. Standard, while generally less expensive, has subtle corrugated lines still visible through the print lamination, while the slightly more costly smooth finish shows no corrugation lines in the finish.

Either way is an outstanding approach to durable, rigid and long-lasting signs that are ideal for just about any marketing, advertising, commercial or personal use you could imagine. They’re ideal for trade shows, outdoor or indoor signage, A-frame signs, and more. The latex inks used to create these signs are bright and vibrant as well as waterproof. Corrugated plastic board signs have been known to last up to four years of outdoor use; they can handle a great deal of wear and tear, which also makes them great for years of convention and meeting use.
